Artisans of Barossa is excited to release a new Summer menu for our Delikatessen to enjoy on the lawn, the terrace, or inside in air-conditioned comfort.

Lunch reservations have been essential this summer and continue to do so. We take reservations for the inside and the terrace, but our umbrellas are a first come, first serve space.

Our new Delikatessen menu is available for seven days. Croissants, cookies & brownies from 10 am, lunch service from 11 am until 3 pm.

Our new Essen menu will be available on Friday, Saturday, & Sunday as we soft launch over the next two weeks.

Both menus remain à la carte.

The new Delikatessen menu comprises new favourites, such as pacific oysters, crispy sardines, Kipfler potatoes, and delicious palmiers - a classic butterfly-shaped puff pastry finished with bone marrow and accompanied by a sweet & salty apricot chutney.

Our popular antipasto plate of pickled and preserved vegetables and the charcuterie & cheese boards remain, with seasonal twists.

It is time to farewell the Rueben sandwich, and when sold out, we will look at an alternate hero sandwich to be launched later in autumn.

Reservations are essential as summer progresses.

Please ensure you arrange your visit well in advance this summer when visiting us in the Barossa Valley.

We built our home in the Barossa as a place where we could share everything we love about the Barossa with you.

Essen presents a contemporary, innovative interpretation of seasonal Barossa food with an à la carte spring menu. Essen is a beautiful word meaning ‘to eat’. At Artisans, we have adopted ‘essen’ to describe how we approach the enjoyment of food. With wine. It is a way of sharing everything excellent and beautiful in our unique part of the world, whether in a glass or on a plate, with our friends and guests.
