I like the name and I like the wine. A real Germanic fruit salad-esque blend here of riesling, gewürztraminer & kerner, from the cool climes of the Eden Valley. Straw in the glass with heady aromas of lime & citrus, Turkish delight, crushed stone, white flowers, rose petals & almond paste. Textural, stony, sapid & pure, it cuts a lovely line on the palate, sashaying with a confident & delicious gait. Finishes dry and crisp, like sucking on a river pebble...if you’re into that. Regardless, it’s lovely.

Hyper floral is the signature for this label. A mélange of rosewater, minerally pink salt, pink grapefruit, honeycomb, native blossom, lime zest, pear and lychee. The just viscous and creamy weight off-set by salty spice and spiky acidity. Bittersweet citrus lingers. Such a unique blend that absolutely comes into its own with spiced SE-Asian foods.

James Suckling
A very unusual Australian dry white. Tropical-flower, hibiscus and honeysuckle aromas are married to a creamy medium body with moderate acidity and a touch of grapefruit pith-like bitterness on the palate. A field blend of riesling, gewurztraminer and kerner.
