In celebration of Spring, we've changed our tasting list to include the fresh and bright wines that make Spring so enjoyable. If you can't come and visit, don't worry—we've combined the best of our Pale Barossa Rosé 6-pack and Fresh & Bright 6-pack, which we can deliver for you to enjoy at home.

Here are the details:

• Schwarz Wine Co. Rosé 2023. Grenache (70% & Mataro (30%). Light salmon is pink with aromas and flavours of raspberry, red apple, and redcurrant with citrus.
• Chaffey Bros. Wine Co. LUX VENIT* Rosé 2022. Also, Grenache with Mataro. Wild fermented and aged for a short time in gorgeous French oak barrels; this wine is the definition of lush and the perfect addition to your Spring garden table.
• Spinifex Rosé 2023. The classic. Delicate salmon-hued. Refined aromatic fruit nose of pink grapefruit, just ripe nectarine, tart strawberry, yellow rose petals and dried provincial herbs.
• Schwarz Wine Co. Metz Grenache Blanc 2023. The second vintage of this wine, and one of only three or four in the region. A portion is kept on skins for added texture. A Trophy Winner at the Barossa Wine Show this year, in a category that will be very interesting to watch in coming years - Best White, Other Varieties. 
• Sons of Eden Frey Riesling 2024. There is a day in Spring when the Freya train starts again, as it's our most popular white through Spring & Summer—trophy for Best Riesling and Trophy for Best White Wine at the Barossa Wine Show in 2024.
•  Sons of Eden Cirrus Riesling 2021. This is a new release aged 36 months. This single-vineyard, High Eden wine is an exceptional Riesling with incredible reviews.
