These wines collectively embody Spinifex’s artisanal philosophy, emphasizing minimal intervention and site expression. Their inclusion in a limited three-pack offers a showcase of the best from Barossa.
Large-format wines, like magnums, elevate the experience by fostering a sense of occasion. Their size creates an instant visual impact and encourages gatherings, making them perfect for celebrations. Wines in magnum age more gracefully, developing deeper complexities over time, delivering not just a drink but a richer, more layered sensory journey. Opening a large-format bottle signals a moment to savour, connecting people through the shared ritual of pouring and enjoying wine designed for lasting memories.
A very limited amount of magnums were bottled.
The wines of Spinifex, from Peter Schell and Magali Geli, dance a line rarely seen in the Barossa. They dance the line between mid- and full-weight with poise and finesse, all at once full and flavoursome, complex and intriguing, yet never overstepping into a race for plushness or unbridled intensity.
Newly repackaged and adorned black and silver, the outside is as well made as the wine inside. Perfect for your table.
