Commence your dining experience with our house-made sourdough focaccia seasoned with rosemary salt. The freshly baked bread sets the tone for what promises to be an exceptional meal.

Our entrée presents a harmonious blend of flavours and textures. Savour the cured line-caught nannygai, complemented by chamomile, native muntries, and finger lime. This dish is a testament to the artistry of our culinary team.

Main Course Options:
For the main course, we offer two exceptional choices. Indulge in the flavours of our grilled Abelsway chicken paired with heirloom carrots and a hint of orange. Alternatively, elevate your experience with the grilled rib eye, accompanied by café de Paris butter (an additional $25.00 per rib eye).

Enhance your main course with our thoughtfully curated sides. Roasted Brussels sprouts are combined with du puy lentils, mint, and a touch of lemon, creating a symphony of tastes and textures.

Conclude your meal with a distinctive dessert – roasted Jerusalem artichoke ice cream with salted dark chocolate and macerated dates. It’s a sweet ending that reflects innovation and tradition.

Wine Pairings:
No celebration at Artisans of Barossa is complete without our exceptional wine pairings. Choose from the Discover pairing at $30.00 per person or the Rarities pairing at $50.00 per person. These pairings perfectly accompany your meal, highlighting the artistry of our eight small-batch wineries.
