Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at wineroom@artisansofbarossa.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]

We will replace or refund you for any packaged wine or food product that you have received that was purchased via our website that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory.

Please email us or phone (08) 8563 3935 to discuss the issue and make arrangements for replacements or a refund.

If the original shipment was damaged or the products flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

We are unable to replace or refund wine that is ordered in error.
