Shipping is provided at a standard rate of $15 per order for orders up to $249.99.

For orders valued $250 or more, shipping is provided free of charge.

Wine purchased through this site can be delivered within Australia.

Please email us for information on international freight rates.

Wine delivery may be delayed during extreme heat events..

Your order can be collected in-person from Artisans of Barossa. Select local pickup when placing your order. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for collection.

Refunds

We will replace or refund you for any packaged wine or food product that you have received that was purchased via our website that is damaged, flawed or that you find unsatisfactory.

Please email us or phone (08) 8563 3935 to discuss the issue and make arrangements for replacements or a refund.

If the original shipment was damaged or the products flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

We are unable to replace or refund wine that is ordered in error.
