Tasting Note

A classic provencal style Rosé. A blend of Mataro, Grenache, Shiraz and Cinsault, with delicate salmon hues. Refined aromatic fruit nose of pink grapefruit, just ripe nectarine, tart strawberry, yellow rose petals and dried provincial herbs. Fresh and delicate on the palate with pure but discreet flavours of freshly cut strawberry whites, tart red currant, wet river stone and fresh chervil.
