A vibrant palate delivers pristine natural acidity, fine minerality, and exceptional balance, showcasing the purity and precision of great Eden Valley Riesling. The extended ripening season has added depth and intensity, while a crisp, dry finish leaves a lasting impression.

Hand-harvested in the cool of the morning, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve freshness, this Riesling was left on lees to enhance texture and depth. A wine of energy and finesse, drinking beautifully now but with the structure to reward careful cellaring for decades.
