Every Saturday this September, join an Artisan in the heart of the Barossa for an unmatched wine-tasting experience.
Each week, an Artisan joins us in our Wine Room. Reserve a spot in our Wine Room lounge for a Rarities tasting, where w showcase new releases, museum pieces, or large format wines. During your tasting, our Artisan will share insights about the traditions of small-batch winemaking in the Barossa and guide you through the essence of each wine.
This exclusive experience, emblematic of our collaborative essence, offers a rare chance to delve into discussions about the wine with those who craft them.
Space in the Wine Room is limited. Reservations are imperative.

Dan Hartwig from Chaffey Bros Wine Co. joins us to discuss their house style as part perfumiers, part historians, and part mad scientists. They craft their handmade wines from epic low-yielding vineyards nestled among the pristine Barossa & Eden Valleys. Reinterpreting the wines that made the region famous while exploring special vineyards, varieties, and subregions. Purity of fruit and minimal-intervention winemaking underpin their professed passion for storytelling.
John Duval Wines joins us in Spring for the launch of two new bottlings ~ Annexus Grenache 2022 & Concillio Grenache / Shiraz 2022. Both are produced in small amounts.
Annexus: A selection from their best Grenache from exceptional vintages. The 2022 is sourced from a single 160+ y ancestor vineyard in Eden Valley. Only 300 cases.
Concilio: A bright, vibrant new release Grenache blend (86% Grenache, 14% Shiraz) showing soft textured fruit and a gentle lick of savoury tannin. Enjoy it young and fresh.
Hold the date: Grenache celebration. Details to come.
Possibly the world wide global release, of Lienert Vineyards 'PIQ' Piquepoul 2022. We'll bring the oysters.
