Valentine’s Day is an invitation to slow down and enjoy time together over a thoughtfully prepared meal. This year, Artisans of Barossa is marking the occasion with a special shared lunch at Essen, designed to be enjoyed at an unhurried pace in the heart of the Barossa.
Set within our welcoming dining space, the experience is about connection and conversation, with a generous menu created for sharing.
The Valentine’s Day shared lunch is $80 per person. Bookings are essential and availability is limited.
Introducing our new Head Chef
This year also marks the arrival of our new Head Chef, Pyounghwa (Peace) Kim. With close to two decades of experience, Peace brings a thoughtful, considered approach to the kitchen, shaped by French technique, Japanese balance and a deep respect for seasonal cooking. His arrival signals an exciting new chapter for Essen, with more to be shared soon.
