After 36 months of bottle maturation, this wine is hitting its stride, offering remarkable freshness and the promise of exceptional longevity.

Crafted from a standout site in the High Eden subregion, this Riesling is hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed, with only the finest free-run juice making the cut. Fermented cool and aged on lees for six months, it showcases the purity and elegance of Eden Valley Riesling at its finest.
