Tasting Note

Originally created for the Japanese market, NOT YOUR GRANDMA'S* Field White takes a deliberately different approach to Barossa white wine.

Sourced from the Fechner Vineyard in the north of Eden Valley, this true field blend brings together Semillon, Riesling, Kerner, Pinot Gris and Gewürztraminer. Wild fermented on skins, it’s cloudy, zesty and textural, with bright citrus, freshness and plenty of character.

Unfined and unfiltered, it’s made with minimal intervention and maximum care. A small-batch, skin-contact white that’s lively, expressive and very much its own thing.
