Dark cherry, fennel seed, plum, herbs oregano and thyme. A single-site wine from our Williamstown vineyard, planted in 2011 these vines are now really hitting their straps. A wine has lovely intensity but has wonderful balance. The fruit is the hero & we try to promote this in the wine, 100% oak matured with a small amount of new French that sits in the background. A brilliant food wine that all the elements to cope with many foods. This wine will gain complexity with age.
