A savoury white blend of 57/31/12% Roussanne/Marsanne/Viognier from across the Barossa subregions of Kalimna, Marananga and the Eden Valley. This is a lovely Plexus release: all detail and slinky with a slight phenolic tug on the sides of the mouth drawn into line by a crystalline acidity. Plenty of citrus fruits, white floral notes, nectarine and nashi pear with subtle soft ginger spice tending savoury and long on the finish.
