An ancient Rhone white wine varietal used in delicious Chateau Neuf de Pape White blends.  In isolation, it reveals nutty, almond meal characteristics.  A hint of citrus sits in the background and with plenty of texture and palate weight, it sits beautifully alongside rich seaofod and poultry dishes.
