Spinifex Late Release Riesling 2017

Delicate glowing gold in the glass. Deep aromatic nose, a complex fusion of fruit and bottle age complexity – preserved lemon, yellow rose, papaya and delicate crystallized ginger notes, nougat, wild honey and cedar. Fresh yet mellow palate, dried pear, poached pear, lemon curd and dried herb flavours are drawn to a finish with delicate mineral acids.
