Crafted from old vine Grenache and Mourvèdre grown in the Lyndoch foothills, this wild-fermented rosé offers bright cherry and berry aromas, followed by a plush palate of peaches and cream with a hint of savoury spice. A short stint in French oak adds texture and indulgent creaminess to the finish. Unfined, unfiltered and vegan friendly.

Pale rose-gold hue. Raspberry Danish aromas. The palate is quite full with clotted cream and clarified butter richness. Golden apple, honey and cinnamon notes glide across the palate, with a fine brush of tannins working with supple acidity to carry it long and cleanse the finish.
