Made from handpicked Old Vine Barossa Grenache and Mourvèdre, with a dash of Eden Valley whites for X-factor. It's aromatic, juicy and dry, with a crisp line of acidity keeping everything fresh and bright. A gorgeous pale salmon colour with a faint blush of pink... the delicate floral perfume hints at sun-kissed peach, then strawberries and cream and pink guava across the palate. Picked early to give it some slick texture, this wine sings when enjoyed with Pho Bo, Sticky Ribs, Chilli Snapper, a smorgasbord of tidbits, or simply your favourite friend(s). Rosé all day vibes.
