After one year of maturation on the lees, this Blanc de Blanc has blossomed into a symphony of flavours and textures. The extended contact on its lees has added a captivating complexity and a rich aroma tapestry, unveiling the wine’s true potential.

With a commitment to purity and authenticity, no dosage has been added, allowing the wine’s natural beauty to shine through. The wine was topped with a tiny amount of barrel-aged Riesling after disgorgement.
