Purple Hands Wines After Five Wine Co. Aglianico 2021
Red jubes, licorice, citrus peel and sage. At Purple Hands Wines we have a love for Italian varietals, what attracted us to this varietal was vast difference in aromas and structure to most traditional Barossa styles. In Italy it is called the Barolo of the South as it does resemble the wines from this great region. Its late ripening slightly fickle grape but is so suited the Barossa, it holds wonderful natural acidity and produces an aromatic firm wine that needs food and will age beautifully.
