Tasting Note

A pale straw-coloured Fiano with a beautifully fragrant nose, highlighted by notes of jasmine, fresh white peach, and a whisper of seaspray. The palate shows lovely texture, balanced by racy saline acidity. Flavours of lime and white peach return, adding vibrancy and drive to this well-balanced, youthful and delicious wine.
