Tasting Note

A pale straw-coloured Fiano with a beautifully fragrant nose, highlighted by notes of jasmine, fresh white peach, and a whisper of seaspray. The palate shows lovely texture from gentle barrel ageing, balanced by racy saline acidity. Flavours of lime and white peach return, adding vibrancy and drive to this well-balanced, youthful and delicious wine.
